Leadership is very crucial and important in every day life ,more people haven't been conscious of that.
Leadership is a skill to lead certain group ,family ,church ,team etc to a certain goal ,vision with strong strategy to achieve it.
In the family there is leadership there ,where and which goal or vision do you lead your family and how do you achieve it ?
The same way the church,your company,your team etc...Remember that you must give account unto God if we lead the people in wrong way as leaders.
Leadership helps many things in term of expansion ,developing ,increasing your area ,business ,kingdom of God ,family life
Leadership help to fulfill the purpose of God upon your life
